WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE MIDLIFE FITNESS PROGRAM?

  **Since every program is tailored to your specific goals, please contact for pricing.  

 1. 

My custom app that will deliver all of your workouts, including detailed video demonstrations, and the number of repetitions and sets that you need to perform of each exercise.   No more wondering what to do at the gym or at home to get your results.  The app also includes a calendar that tells you what workout to do for that day.

 2. 

The app will also track all of your measurements, progress photos, nutrition, and reminders to help you develop those positive daily habits that will fuel your success.

 3. 

A nutrition plan, developed for you, based on your dietary preferences, and what you can do consistently.  Although there a million diets out there, there is no one “magic diet” that will work for everyone.  The best diet is the one that you can stick to and be consistent. 

 4. 

I will work with you to develop a plan that will help you achieve your goals and fit your lifestyle.  If you don’t want to be weighing your food and counting every calorie, we can do that.  But, if you want to track your macronutrients, weigh every grain of rice on your plate, and have a detailed program, we can do that too.

 5. 

​Included in your program, if you want it, you will have access to my ultimate nutrition program, which includes daily menus complete with nutritional information, recipes, and even a shopping list.

 6. 

Direct access to your trainer.  Along with weekly check-ins to see how you’re doing on the program, feel free to text/email/phone me if you have a question, or shoot me a video to take a look at your form on a specific exercise.  If you need to change a program because of an injury, or you’re going out of town and wondering how to train, just let me know and we’ll work together to make the program work for you.
